Growing up in Jersey City, Louis DeMarco came from a long line of bakers who were deeply passionate about their craft. In 1975, he took the initiative to move to Aberdeen, setting out to achieve what seemed impossible at the time: opening up his very own deli to put his baking skills to use for the betterment of the community. Before he knew it, his unwavering determination had paid off, resulting in the birth of DeMarco’s Catering and Gourmet Deli. Against all odds, what would come to follow were 50 prosperous years of serving up incomparable food and unforgettable service.

DeMarco’s couldn’t have come to fruition without Louis’ hard work, but to blossom into the beloved hotspot it is today, some helping hands were needed. Lucky enough, Louis’ sons Gene and Robert were eager to get involved in their father’s business as soon as they possibly could. With three sets of unique skills now joined together, the quality of service truly took off.

Today, DeMarco’s offers a wide variety of lunches, with an extensive list of cold cuts to select from when building the sandwich of your dreams. DeMarco’s is proud to have an experienced butcher on-site, cutting all of their own meats and hand-making every sausage. Not to mention, there are over 30 varieties of heat-and-eat dinners perpetually at the ready, from classic soups to gourmet pastas and more. Whether you’re looking for gourmet food for a small affair or even an entire wedding, DeMarco’s off-premise catering and barbecuing services are amongst the most trusted and acclaimed in Monmouth County.
