In the world of Middlesex County real estate, few names carry the same respect as Charles Dipierro. Known for his unwavering professionalism, genuine care for his clients, and deep community roots, Charles represents the very best of what local real estate can be. He is a proud lifelong resident of Monroe Township, where he has spent 44 years mastering his craft—from his early days as an ambitious young agent to the incredible milestone of opening up his own agency. Charles’s success story is one built on family, integrity, and an enduring love for the town he calls home.

For as long as he can remember, Charles has always had a fascination with property. While still in high school, he made his first land purchase—a bold move for someone his age, and one that reflected maturity, foresight, and drive. That decision planted the seeds for what would become a lifelong career and a perpetual thirst for entrepreneurship.

As he grew, Charles began overseeing companies in paving, landscaping, and home building, as well as working as a fire commissioner and – eventually –  a Monroe Township councilman. However, professional achievements aside, it is the growth of his beloved family that Charles may take the greatest pride in. With the support of his wife and children, Charles has built not only a prosperous home, but a life grounded in hard work, giving back, and the pursuit of his own version of the American Dream.

By 1981, Charles earned his real estate license, cementing the industry as his true calling. After years of hands-on learning, he set his sights on becoming a broker. The process was challenging, but for Charles, every hurdle was worth it. As 1999 rolled around, he partnered with a few colleagues to open a shared office, but soon realized that his unique vision of real estate called for him to forge his own path.

This turning point led to one of Charles’s greatest achievements: the opening of his own real estate agency, New Jersey Realty, in 2007. He established offices in both Monroe Township and Cranbury—and the decision to plant roots in his hometown was certainly no accident. Having resided there for over 60 years, Charles witnessed its growth and evolution firsthand, giving him an unmatched perspective of the local real estate.

Charles’s generosity shines through in how he runs New Jersey Realty. He supports his agents wholeheartedly, sending constant referrals their way and ensuring they have every opportunity to grow, learn, and succeed. He believes in cultivating a team environment built on mutual respect and encouragement, where victories are shared, not hoarded.

The utter joy of guiding a family into their first home or helping an empty nester downsize into a new chapter is what keeps Charles motivated after more than four decades in the business. His biggest philosophy is simple, yet powerful: treat people the way you’d like to be treated. It’s the principle that defines every handshake, every client relationship, and every set of keys handed to a new homeowner so they can fulfill dreams of their own.
